Kodiak & Kodiak-X Course Director Conferences are now changing from National training centers to Regionally facilitated training. When interested people are found, the training will become Area based.
The objectives of the Regional Coordinators are two fold:
- Develop good people to become Area Coordinators through expanding the Kodiak CDC component. The ultimate goal is to have Nature of Leadership trainers as part of the Council Training team.
- Advocate the value of having all Kodiak course directors take the CDC before conducting a course in order to provide knowledgeable leaders for the Kodiak participants.
